"First time going to this practice and it’s been an excellent experience. Front desk lady was very nice and supportive. Also, doctor kudo spent good amount of time with us and walked us through every step on how to properly care for our new born babe."

When I arrived (in time) for my appointment they said it was not a valid appointment, and that I had to schedule through a phone call(why would they put the option for online booking then?) Two months later, I received a missed appointment fee for that appointment that I did not receive."

"Front desk girl and Nurses were wonderful. However avoid this practice unless you want to be waiting 1-2 hours. We just moved to the area and I took my child there as we had the first appointment available at 10am. Doctor did not arrive until after 10:30 and we still then were waiting for him to come into the room. The room also was not the cleanest. There was stuff spilled on the floors, along with dirty ear caps on the counter. Does not seem clean enough for a pediatrician's office."

"Everything is good but wait time is very high...appointment time might be overlapping for multiple patients at the same time...keeping unique time frame and schedule will definitely help patients not to wait for longer"
