"It takes a lot for me to write a review… This place is going downhill. If you’re looking for a place to start your pediatric care journey, look elsewhere. I sat on hold for 60 mins today to make an appt (at 1pm) without having spoken to anyone. Are they open today, a Wednesday?? Update: They are now closed 1-2pm…would be great if they put that in their recorded phone message or put their phones to closed or something. It’s stuff like this that I’m referring to with the going downhill…. Last week when I needed a prescription they sent over corrected for the pharmacy, it took me 30 mins to get through to the front desk. The much beloved Dr Madrid left and your doctor choices aren’t the greatest. If you google the practice and lawsuit, it may be enlightening as to why they may not be able to attract more doctors. Their patient portal is terrible and not updated. It’s the most bare bones portal I’ve seen, useless. It’s touted on their phone line and website but no value added. Finally, they used to have an option to talk to their nurse for questions when you call. It now says, if you want clinical advice, make an appt…yeah. There has to be better practices out there, ones that are well staffed, without lawsuits, that answer phones, and have a nurse line. Dont commit yourselves to this place unless forced."

"I have been taking my kids here since they were newborns. Doctor Rodriguez was their doctor until he left few years ago but he was amazing. Now we have doctor Mann and she is also wonderful. I would definitely recommend them."

"We left after six months because we couldn’t get our doctor to really do anything about either child’s special medical condition. She was very nice, but seemed sort of overwhelmed and apathetic about us and our problems. The front office is a real mess. It took nearly a month to get a school paper signed so that our child could bring his emergency inhaler. Not a safe situation. We had a super weird interaction where the front office pushed another doctor on us against our will because “boys should see boy doctors”. That guy treated me like a pea brain and I refused to see him again. After all these problems, we were left with no reason to continue."

"As far as doctors go, they're fine. However, when it comes to running a business, they're not doing great these days. We've been with them for 13 years and they were really good. However, lately it's like they can't be bothered to follow-up on anything. My wife called 3 times today about a prescription we called in Tuesday. I tried calling at 4:51 today and they already had "the office is closed" message up, even though they're open until 5. Supposedly they put "a rush" on it today but they still haven't sent it to the pharmacy. Now they're closed for the weekend. My daughters meds ran out today. No big deal, she can just wait until they get around to it next week. She can go another day or two. Not their problem, right?"

"My daughter loves Dr Foreman. She made a card for him and Dr immediately hang it on his cabinet. He knows how to communicate with her. He is a very knowledgeable, experienced and fun doctor. His decisions were always in favor of my kid."
