"The is by far the worst chic fil a I’ve ever been to. The food is not different in quality as opposed to other places but the service is dreadful. Anytime I have to come inside it feels like I’m getting ghetto McDonald’s level service. The employees are not inviting and come off irritated. I have never heard my pleasure once, they man-handle your bag as they hand it to you. I don’t expect to ever hear “what do you want” from a chic fil a"

"I’m a big fan of Chic-fil-a, so it pains me to say that this location was a below average representation of the franchise. One thing CFAs are known for is their amazing customer service. And that’s where this location falls surprisingly short. On the afternoon I visited, the employees seemed unhappy, unmotivated, and annoyed to be at work. Maybe there were issues going on with the staff or management, behind the scenes, but I was disappointed to see such an unhappy group at CFA. The food was good, but the service, cleanliness, and attentiveness were lacking at this location on the day I visited. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I think I will stick with the Dumfries location. They are awesome!"

"This definitely hurts me to say this is my favorite place to eat. The management in the morning is wonderful, and so are the other employees, but with that being said. I was there the other night they forgot my sauces, and my fries were low. I asked if I could get my sauces. She said, "Did you look in the bag?" i said yes said. Move your fries so I can see, and may I please get a full LARGE fry. " The lady in the Togo window unfortunately said no because it looks like someone ate them. Remind you I was handed my food five seconds before that. The other coworker told the lady she had just handled me the food. The fact that she called me a liar irritated me. They offered me fries. I don't want more fries. I wanted an apology that was definitely disrespectful. Yet still haven't got a phone call from them or corporate only offered fries you can have them I don't want that. I never complained about the hair being in my lemonade after I drank it. I don't have long hair or my kale salad Having hair in it. or my missing food countless times. I never complained about today's last straw .. I had more pictures, but I deleted them. I didn't think I was going to need them. One set is the full fries the manager gave me. After the ones were in my bag. I checked because it keeps happening."
