Wasted my time driving to the location only to find out the technician wouldn’t install at the scheduled time cuz he has to leave again. Store was working around my scheduled appointments. Worst customer service I will have to get my hitch installed elsewhere cuz I had to cancel my reservation after I had paid in full! Weeks ago!"
