"the issue was her approach and the way she handled herself as a professional and a doctor. She seems to think its okay to approach patients in a manner that is highly unprofessional and was offended when I dismissed her. Just because you are a doctor doesn?t put you above a patient or an individual in general. She refused to provide information requested at this visit and apparently she must have been having a bad day or hates her personal life to come to work taking it out on patients. She needs to work on being professional by talking and acting like a doctor and not a savage. I?ve already filed complaints with the state board being one. Parents find a business that appreciates your business and respects you regardless of race and age."

"Dr. Assaad has a warm, caring attitude. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time to answer every and any question that I had in regards to both of my children."

"The office staff is welcoming. They are organized and efficient. Dr Assaud is knowledgeable and I appreciate the technology they offer to help properly medicate ADHD which was the last resort after diet and sleep/tech modifications which she suggested. Very specific about treatment planning she not only talked to me but also to my 14 year old son about his treatment. It's almost an hour drive for me but worth it in my opinion."

Whenever I have an issue with one of my children's health, her staff is always able to fit them into the schedule without a problem. Dr. Assaad's office staff is always so friendly and pleasant too. "Dr. Assaad is an amazing doctor. She is caring, gentle, and takes her time with my children. My children are all different in their own ways and she always finds a way to connect to their personalities when seeing all at the same time. If a phone call is need back I do hear from her within the same day, she will address my concerns, and by the end of the conversation I am at ease. Her staff is great too :)"
