"A man (not really) sold my then 84 year old mother an Apple Watch SE with cellular service. I was going through her finances with her and noticed a $118 monthly bill. She was visiting me in Cincinnati and I asked to see her watch. She was wearing a Fit Bit watch, the same one she had the day the sales associate con duped her into the Apple Watch. My Mom has never worn the Apple Watch and made 14 payments on it, the cellular service, and the warranty plan. My Mom had just lost her husband to boot, which the sales associate was fully aware. He needs a course in humility. I’m happy to report that Verizon lost a customer of 9 years and I’m saving my Mom $88 a month on her fixed income."
