"Northeast factory direct using this company for delivery. The warehouse sent the wrong mattress and the guys who brought it were so unprofessional, cussing the entire they were here. Once NEFD solved our issue we were so supposed to have expedite delivery and I'm having to wait another week and half. The lady was so rude on the phone and chuckled at everything I told her. I asked not to have the same delivery team and after telling her why she signed at me and said I'll make a note. I hope to never have to deal with this company again."

"Customer service was very helpful and the product was delivered exactly when they said it would be. It did come one week after it was expected to, but I’m not certain whether the original estimated delivery date was coming from Amazon or Fidelitone, so I wouldn’t feel comfortable taking stars away."

"God I wish I could give this place zero stars. I’ve gotten no updates on when my package is supposed to arrive. I was supposed to get it a week ago now and apparently nobody working there has 30 seconds to call me back to schedule a delivery."

"They were supposed to deliver an order I purchased from amazon and they recieved the item in their warehouse and after 3 weeks of missing their scheduled deliveries I set with them they told me they do not deliver to my area and would have to send the item back. Very poor service. I am extremely disappointed in this company."
