"A few weeks ago, I was contemplating getting a new phone. Since I have been a Boost Mobile customer for quite a few years, I went to the Cheshire Station Plaza store in Woodbridge, VA and was met by a very friendly salesperson, Blanca. My technological know-how is limited, so I asked a lot of questions about 4G vs 5G, what certain apps and other things were on my phone, how to navigate and find things I needed, etc. Blanca was so nice and patient; she took her time explaining everything to me. She was never pushy, as I told her I was "just looking". When I asked, she showed me some phones and made suggestions according to how I use mine. After about 35-40 minutes talking to her, I felt comfortable and confident in a prospective new purchase, and decided to buy a new phone right there and then! I have not regretted my decision and I am very happy with it! I just wanted to tell you what an asset this young lady is to your business.
