"Their drivers need to learn to drive! Twice in the same place turning from Rt 7 North in Steubenville onto University Blvd to get to the bridge to cross into WV their drivers have turned from the right turning lane into the left lane instead or staying in their lane! This is basic traffic laws and knowledge that when there is more than 1 lane turning the SAME direction you TURN INTO YOUR LANE NOT SOMEONE ELSE'S. They are lucky I'm an observant driver and don't drive distracted because the first time this happens and their truck actually hits my Jeep there is going to be hell to pay!"
