"I saw Dr. Crawford for my 3 yo daughter's visit to ER at Howard County General Hospital. The experience was awful. He never said anything to comfort my distressed daughter, never smiled the whole time, which was only about a couple of minutes anyway, and rushed through things in a very nonchalant way. He asked me a question and couldn't even wait until I finished my sentence. I've seen several pediatricians in my life and I'm also a healthcare provider myself but he's by far the worst I've ever seen. He should learn how to communicate better with patients and their families."
