"Horrible water pressure and sometimes no water at all. They won't fix anything that was already broken. They won't give back you're security deposit even if the place is left in the same condition you got it. The were literally falling apart when I got the place and have yet to be fixed in almost 2 years. They expect you to do the maintenance that they are responsible for under the agreement. And then still up the rent."

"So nice people here just terrible workers. Pipe broke, they'll see you in about a month and barely even fix it enough for it to last a week, the one house I've visited has a huge fire hazard because water is dripping from outside into electrical stuff, their pipes are broken so one person's house literally flooded and they said "too bad" and won't even help them with a problem everyone reported"

"It's a bad place to live. We moved in when Robin was the community manager, now it's Kristi. It's an impersonal, drug fueled park. It never used to be this way but it has changed. They let anyone in and it's obnoxiously loud all the time. For some reason the water always goes out, or you'll get a boil advisory text hours after the fact. Just stay away. Robin had such a nice community but it has disappeared."
