They have set the bar really high...now that I have moved out of state I miss them dearly especially Dr. Valdes! They have made it very difficult to find a likeable replacement!"
"Front office staff is incredibly rude. I've had multiple experiences now where they have cancelled my appointments by accident, not answered calls or returned messages, put on hold for 30 minutes or more. One woman will talk about you to other staff in front of you. Today I heard, "well Mom is here now trying to come to an appointment she cancelled" I never cancelled the appointment they did. I was also standing right there so talking about me with a tone of annoyance is not helpful and rude. I drug 3 sleepy kids to the doctors over 20 minutes away to hear, "we cancelled that appointment" when I never told anyone to cancel my appointment for today. The lack of communication, friendliness and organizational skills by the front office staff is unbelievable. Enough to leave."
