"I love Dr. Sharma. She was my pediatrician as a kid, so naturally, I chose her to be my daughter's pediatrician. I drive 35 minutes because she's so awesome. If I'm going to be late, I will make sure to ALWAYS call. We had an 8 A.M. appointment this morning and made it until we got to the parking lot. The parking lot was half plowed with no parking spots available. After finding a spot, we get inside at 8:07 A.M. only to be met by Star's rude comments. "You know your appointment was at 8, right?" That was my final straw. There have been times when I said I was running late, and I was met with, "Well, if you're not here by a certain time, I'll have to cancel your appointment." As much as I love Dr. Sharma, I will not be returning due to the lack of respect from Star."
