"I was going on 820 towards 183 TX at North Richland Hills, TX, and I was nice enough to let the driver switch lanes to enter my lane. When he did, a rock flew from his rear tire towards my windshield and broke it. I tried to stop the driver, but he took a different highway when the road split. I noticed he didn't have mud flaps. I called the company to inform them that their trucker had broken my windshield. Kim, the dispatcher, told me they could do nothing as it could've been anyone. She asked me if I recorded when the rock flew into my windshield. First of all, how can I record when I am driving on a highway... either way, she was nice enough to contact their insurance company, and when they called me, they said they would not take responsibility for the damage because the truck was not carrying rocks. I even told her the driver did NOT have mud flaps. I understand things like this happen, but the fact the driver was the only thing in front of me and was clearly the cause of my broken windshield, the company did not do anything to compensate for the damages. Now, I have to pay $350 out of my pocket because they can't maintain their trucks with mud flaps. By the way, I took a pictures of the truck, the time, and the location for proof."

"On the high way and one of your drivers has intense road rage license plate PT-2658G We are traveling in a 10 person vehicle with children and your truck driver was going at least 80 mph then he cuts us off just to prove a point to us . We are just trying to make it safe to our destination. It’s drivers like the one you have that will kill people because of his road rage …he doesn’t need to be driving semi-trucks at all."
