"My order was simple. Just two items. Drive thru lady doesn’t listen or pretends to listen and is annoyed when corrected. Even still - the right beverage was listed on the screen but the wrong one was handed at the window. I then made him double check that there was sauce in the bag. He said yes. Drove away and guess what.. no sauce ! Had to go back go back in and get it myself. I even said thank you more than once to both employees I interacted with and got not so much as an acknowledgment in return. Terrible work ethic. More interested in socializing with one another. Will not return. Even if the food itself was ok."

"This is great food restaurant with great food and varieties. Everyone loves the food and taste. Kids also love this. My kids want to have weekly once. The mobile app is also user friendly and easy to use. Deals are also great. We ordered food inside as well as mobile app order. Both the experiences were good. One time, the in person order was little late and we had to wait inside. Mobile/online orders can be picked up inside of drive thru. Pickup is self only as they keep the orders packed and kept aside at the pickup spot inside the restaurant. All kind of payments are accepted including all types of cards."

"Thank you Taco Bell for stale soft shells, as soon as I took a bite the whole thing fell apart, my quesadilla was impossible to pull apart and when I did get it apart it ripped half way into the next piece. It was all around sloppy."

"I cant believe that the same menu item from the same restaurant chain can taste so different depending on locations. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with beans and some extras and it was so well made! I really really liked it. It was warm and so delicious. They seemed to be generous with the toppings as well. I feel like eating it everyday. The staff also seemed cool. I went to the drive thru and it didnt take too long at all. I was in and out. By the time u get to the second window and pay, the food is already ready."
