Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The "All Digital" days is probably one of the most annoying things that you guys can do. Instead of walking in and having food in 10 minutes it takes 30+ minutes to get your food. It makes no sense and if it didn't take me 15 minutes to get here id leave every time. Not to mention you get a much smaller portion these days which doesn't make sense. Figure it out, it's burritos....not rocket science."

"Food is decent, but often not prepared or well stocked. Usually out of something. The actual interior is usually trashed, soda and drinks all over the floor and counter, out of basic items like straws or napkins. It has a lot of potential but an uncaring staff and seemingly lack of management are killing the location."

"The tables are never cleaned, the Coke is always out, and now the rice is cold. Not cool, but cold. Multiple customers have mentioned the above but the staff does care We used to come here a lot but since moving order from the Chipotle on 5th St and have always had a pleasant experience there. We won’t be returning to this Chipotle, but we love the one on 5th Street! ADDED: Sat here and ate our entire meal. No one employee has cleaned a table and neither Coke has been refilled/replaced. The owner, managers, and employees are why this place has so many terrible reviews."

"This location lacks in many ways. Always out of numerous items, today was no rice or chips. Everyone gives different serving sizes and when I mentioned this was a small meat serving compared to how it always is, they said I’d have to pay for double despite only wanting one actual size portion. The only bright side for chipotle is that their employees care more about saving the corporation a few dollars than they do about maintaining customers. Looking forward to my $15 bowl of cheese and corn since they were out or skimped everything else."

"I went to support Fur the Love of Animals. I won't be going back anytime soon. Food was cold, queso was not good. Burrito was awful chewy. They charged me for a tiny bit of guacamole on my burrito. Seriously? Over all NOT GOOD!!! I'll be sticking with Moe's, 10 x better."
