Chipotle

"No Grand Opening. No special specials. No advertising."

"First off, I am a huge fan of chipotle and because of my job I travel a lot and I’ve been to them all over the country. That being said this new chipotle by my house has some homework to do, and they probably need better management and training. I realize that they are newly opened and they probably got to work out a few kinks but when you buy chips and queso and the entire bag of chips is stale, that’s the first red flag. The next red flag is, they are doing small portions, and my bowl completely done the way it normally is done at any other chipotle full. Here it is only half full at this Location. Then I will get to the undercooked rice that’s hard and the undercooked beans that are hard, then the overcooked steak and chicken as well. I literally just spent $27 on something I wouldn’t even feed my dog. And lastly, it’s never a fun atmosphere when it’s turned into a teenager hang out already and the kids are just loitering being annoying little jerks."

"Small portions, horrible service"

"Went in to get a bowl they didn’t have any chicken they had one scoop of steak no sauces but hot. The chicken was out for 15 minutes very disappointed. Then the girl tried to charge me double steak when there was one scoop left."
