"Apparently you don't need to use the Kiosk to order when you're inside. Even though there's a Big sign that reads Order with the KIOSK. As I approached the counter this ignorant fat baffoon cuts ahead of me to order with an employee. I've already made my order and All I needed to do was pay. Instead of the worker telling him he must use the Kiosk she takes his order? So I had to wait for him to make his order and fumble for his money to pay. He was served his food before I did and was already eating. I told the girl I'm so glad I ordered with the Kiosk so I can be cut ahead. Her reponse was silence with a dumb smile. Apparently there's two procedures when ordering. 1 is for the majority and the other for illiterates.That stunt caused me to wait 10 minutes longer for my food than normal. This is because of the Drive through now coming through to get Their Orders. I am not a stranger at this location. This speaks volumes for the lack of training for the employees and lack of concern for the Customers. Horrible Management. Jan 5, 2024 NO MORE."

"The food and atmosphere are always mediocre at best, but the service is usually good. It's a new store. Working out the kinks? Maybe there was a good reason, but they kept forgetting to make our order (for 2 people). Other people came and went, but we were told twice that our simple order was being made -- and we were cutting them slack, not rushing. I hope they get things under control. It reminded me that I should have just gone home and made us something to eat instead of going to a fast food joint in the first place."

"this was the first time i ever stepped into a taco bell and it did not disappoint. First fast food restaurant i’ve seen that actually looks clean. i like how we can order from the kiosk thing since i was only trying i got a taco with hot sauce but it wasn’t really spicy unfortunately. I would definitely go back here!"

"Breakfast starts at 8-11. Lunch/dinner is from 9 a.m.-midnight. Large variety of seating choices including tables to accommodate wheelchairs. Clean environment. Drive thru moves quickly. Food is tasty and hot. Definitely will continue returning."

"I've been to Taco Bell's from Maine to Michigan and all the way down to Florida and back. This is one of the nicest Taco Bell's I've been too. Just keep it it clean, and staffed with the right people like you've done, and you'll do well!"
