"Lived here for two years now and this is my first place after moving from my parents house. I absolutely love it. Also being a minority I don’t feel any weirdness or odd feeling i’m very at peace and feel super safe. They haven’t raised rent on me yet despite the whole inflation nonsense going on and anytime I need maintenance which is hardly ever they are very responsive and helpful. The front desk ladies are super sweet and literally made everything so smooth and easy to understand. Neighbors are sweet and community is quiet . Management doesn’t hover and the only thing I would change is if for them to adapt an online system for paying. I use Bill Pay through my bank to make it easier on me so I don’t have to drop a physical check off every month. Otherwise,to me, I highly recommend."
"I love my beautiful townhome! My neighbors are all friendly and the community is quiet. I am coming up on my 1st year. Any of my requests were attended to immediately, if not the next business day. All I can say is if you are looking for a nice, clean, quiet and safe place to live check out SK Management properties."
"SK really needs to implement a parking and fine policy. We all deserve one guaranteed spot infront of our townhomes and the people who pay for garage parking as part of their lease need to be fined when they park in the lots instead. This would a very easy money-maker for the company and save us all a lot of time and frustration. There's not a ton of space as it in some of these areas, but the garages need to be enforced at the very least. Additional suggestion: just take a list of license plates once a week, any cars that aren't on file after a week get towed, no warning, no questions. Start laying down the hammer on people, please."
"My wife and I have rented from this company for the past two years. We are currently in the process of purchasing a home and intend to leave this property soon. However, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and their properties. Their staff has been kind, professional and prompt in addressing any concerns we have had. Besides paying our rent, we have not had to interact them with to much degree, they stay out of your affairs. However, our furnace stopped working this past winter and their maintenance staff sent a HVAC company within a few hours to fix our issues on the weekend. Also, recently our hot water tank expansion chamber started to leak and within hours it was fixed as well. Compared to several other companies I rented with throughout college and post college, this company has been by far the best yet."
"S-K Management seems to set their own rules when it is convenient for them. They have a two-cat policy and yet my neighbor who I'm told is related somehow to management has a dog. Another elderly neighbor whose wife had a strike was told his lease was not renewed. Caution: when you sign a lease there, read the fine print. They have the option to not renew your lease and give no reason whatsoever. There are some cats in that neighborhood who are cold and hungry and this was feeding them. Management told him to stop. However, he could not because he was a kind and gentle man -- so they did not renew his lease. He wasn't told this because it wouldn't be legal, but they had that option to do so with no reason. When I saw the cats waiting every day for that man to come home, it broke my heart. I started feeding them also. You guessed it. My lease was not renewed either. They told me 90 days before Christmas to vacate the premises, a most terrible to move in the winter. Beware of this group of people because they dance to a different drummer and you can fall prey to their kindness in the beginning, but don't let that fool you. Renter beware."
