"Google maps says your open, your phone lines ring like someone is in the office. Been trying to get through since 7:30 this morning after receiving a call yesterday about rescheduling an appointment. I totally understand being closed due to the weather, however a pre recorded message or someone actually answering the phone stating something about y'alls closure would save a lot of frustration for those who have appointments scheduled with your office. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable."
