"I wish I could get a return phone call. My husband and I are looking for a place to move to asap. I have left at least 5 messages on voicemail and received no response. I have been to the office three times and my husband just stopped by a short while ago. There is never anyone there. My friend advised me that they have open apartments and she needs to get someone in them. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble. I just need a place to live very soon."

"Watched a very disturbing video today posted by a resident, of a landlord/manager of these apartments harrassing and blantantly disrespect a him in front of his younger children. And called the police on him for recording her. Which the fine officers of Preston county handled in a very respectful and professional manner. If you are black it appears to be your not welcome in these places. I would not recommend these apartments for (anybody). Management clearly has deep rooted issues with race. Very ,very unprofessional and disrespectful. I for one will be helping this video of this complex go viral."
