"Tried to trade in my iPad Pro today , taller guy with glasses and medium length brown hair tried to low ball me even when i had Already checked the price on the website and brought it in with me. He refused to honor the price on the GS website and said if he tried he would put his job at risk. His reason for not honoring it was that the trade in price can change every hour so just to show him i went Back in the website pulled it up and it had the Same price as before. He was just refusing to honor it."

"The tall guy with brown hair is rude lazy and an idiot tries offering me less then half of what my cartridges would be worth because they had a few marks on them and he said we have to refurbish it , which means just rub it down with alcohol and refused a controller I had because he claimed they didn't take it but it's listed on the website"

"Went in today to trade my switch in and some tall guy with glasses told my my switch isn't charging. He only told me that when two other customers walked in and probably didn't wanna deal with me. Jokes on him I am on my way back now angry with a fully charged switch. Yall need some people who can learn to multitask."

"Every time I have come to this location it has been great. I know GameStop as a company is not always easy to work at. They deal with a lot. You wouldn’t know that by how the employees treat their customers. Everyone is helpful, patient, and personable. I came for the midnight release of Zelda ToTK and everything was very organized. I know the employees were tired. They were on top of their game though and everything went very well. Even offered us snacks and some Super Smash Bros to pass the time. The staff at this store deserve the very best, truly."
