"Short story - there was white mold on the fruit cup and the manager refused a refund for my meals. We purchased 3 meals at drive through and when we arrived home, the fruit cup showed white, sticky mold on at least 2 pieces. When I spoke with the manager - Chandler - he offered a $1.70 credit for the fruit cup, and welcomed me to return to restaurant for a "treat," like a cookie. Clearly there is a severe santitation/food prep problem (and likely other filthy, contaminated food) so the fact their management thought satisfactory solution was a credit for the price of a fruit cup is absurd. This entire experience calls into question the cleanliness of their other restaurants, this brands' ability to prepare safe, clean food, and meet customers reasonable expectations. I'm utterly disgusted with this chick fila experience."

"My 4th and last time here. I order tea, I always ALWAYS ask for half ice, because if I dont, there will be 4 pieces of ice inside. I ask the person who takes my order and the person who verifies the order. When I get where Im going- less than 4 min away- no ice, lukewarm tea that tastes gross. Today I did the same thing, except when the person handed me my order, I opened the tea and saw there was absolutely NO ice so I asked nicely if I could have ice and that I asked the 2 ppl before her to add it. Idk where they went but 2 minutes later Im given the drink and I drive to the stop sign because Ive already held up the line...NO ICE! What is so hard about putting ice in my cup then adding tea?! A large cup of lukewarm tea is craaaaazy. Geezuz"
