"My son was to be married on August 11, 2022 so all of the guests including the wedding party for the wedding were from out of town and the need of transportation from the hotel to and from the venue was overlooked. I contacted John Carno Limo at the last minute (hours before) to transport my son’s wedding party and several guests to and from the venue. Every driver showed up on time each vehicle was clean, the drivers were courteous and the best thing of all…THE PRICE WAS GREAT!! I had been calling other services from the day before and they were more expensive and not as courteous or even interested in servicing me because I was outside of their “rules” of order. The owner was full of compassion and empathetic to our need. They are a reliable company! They were a blessing to us! I definitely recommend them!!"

"I scheduled John Carno to pick my family and I up at 6AM to go to the airport. At 6:25AM I was still waiting, I texted and called the number multiple times and no one responded. I called the driver and the John Carno number over 15 times and texted the driver and the customer service number. After calling and texting numerous times I received a text saying someone was on the way but still over 15+ minutes away from my house- so he would be around 45 minutes late. Stay far away from a John Carno they are not reliable. Max texted me 9 times later in the day blowing up my phone saying that he didn’t sleep the night before, and that his mother passed recently. I would have completely understood if Max reached out to let me know he could no longer pick us up but by not responding at all we then missed our flight. Max, as I said many times I am very sorry for your loss but it needed to be communicated that you could no longer complete the service."
