"BUYER BEWARE!!! I've used this car service for years without incident, going directly into the office from Plainfield train station several times a week. I ALWAYS tip the driver when I get to my destination. Recently, I went inside and asked for a cab, one comes, I get in and I hear the dispatcher yell 3 times in Spanish, '7, 7, 7. Be sure to get the money first.' I thoght i heard incorrectly, but the driver confirmed I was right. I immediately asked the driver to pull over and I hopped out. I refuse to give money to any service that discriminates. TBH whenever I've used this service, I've always felt an air of disdain towards me but I could never prove it. Queen City has shown and proved exactly what they are. I will support Lyft and Uber here on out."

"The most terrible experience with a cab company ever. I called them 4am in the morning finding out Uber had canceled our ride from Plainfield to JFK. We needed transport for 6 with luggage, asked for a minivan. This was not possible, we needed to use two vehicles. Agreed on this, at a price of $100 per car, which seemed fair to me. They then showed up with two minivans that could have easily carried our whole group. Found this a bit disturbing, but we didn't make a problem of that, went along. During the ride, we found that they were taking us to LaGuardia! After some major traffic violations we were on the right airport, where our lady driver wanted $150,- for the ride. I refused, stating we agreed on a fare of $100,- with dispatch. The other driver came up, and he requested $ 200 per ride (!!!) stating he was the owner of the company and the person to answer the phone at dispatch! He even called airport police in, but was visibly shocked that we were happy with that, instead of scared. Luckily, the police officer was very correct, and felt we were being ambushed. We ended up paying $250 overall, which was only 10 dollars more than the fare plus tip I had planned to pay, but this company are a bunch of frauds and scams. They try to take advantage of the situation and rip us off. I strongly advice never to use them!"
