"Awful customer service. I called to get information on a mutual patient and was yelled at and when I asked who the manager was she told me it was the doctor and he doesn't have time for this. I was simply trying to help coordinate care for a child and was completely disrespected. Her name was Hinedi (sp?) I call a lot of offices daily but she was the WORST."
