"Would never rent there. Attempted to rent and was told 2 different things by two different “office managers.” One is highly uneducated when giving out information on apartments & renting. They will hide fees from you. Currently fighting with corporate to get my refund that states it is refundable and now somehow it’s after 72 hours non refundable? Very very shady company, now that I’m going through this I have heard nothing but bad things about the company. Look else where!"

"Great place to live! Very safe and friendly neighborhood with beautiful scenery. Many great hiking trails around as well. Mrs. Secola is such an amazing leasing agent who is always available and has been very kind and helpful to resident. She would help in any way possible regardless if it is leasing related or not. She truly cares about her residents and knows how to best take care of the properties. Chuck is also extremely helpful and efficient that he would take care of everything in a very timely manner. I am very glad I was able to get an apartment here :)"
