"I wanted to give a shout out to an amazing “top notch” transportation company, “Park Avenue Limousine”. We needed an entire bus to get many of our local real estate agents from the Philadelphia area to the Brooklyn, NY Pier, for this year’s annual RealtyMark Cruise. Within minutes of our pick up arrival, our driver “Ray” realized that there was a luggage space issue, (as the agents brought an “excessive” amount, way more than they were supposed to), and within 20 minutes, Park Avenue had an additional vehicle in our parking lot, to follow us and take the excess baggage, (avoiding a catastrophe, and saving us from missing our ship’s departure). Our driver Ray was actually funnier than the comedians on the ship, and had great communication with us the entire time, being prompt both ways, and made the return pick up in Brooklyn as well, a smooth process, despite the rain. "I contracted with Park Avenue Limo weeks ago for a party bus and a luxury car for my son's wedding. Less than two days b4 the wedding Brianna "Vice President" (that's how she refers to herself) calls to say that the party bus is not available because it was in an accident 2 days before! She told me they can offer another type of bus but not a party bus. She said she looked within her preferred vendors but didn't find one. I asked her to help me search further but she said no, she wouldn't recommend other companies b/c she can't guarantee their reliability???? their reliability, really? When I said that to her she said "I can't believe you aren't more sympathetic for the bus that had the accident" yep. btw I actually was, but still needed the bus for the wedding. I spent 4 hours looking for another party bus when I was super busy with planning and settled for a lesser party bus b/c it was last minute. I asked Park Avenue Limo if they would give me a discount on the "luxury car" for all the inconvenience. They said flat out no. On the day of the wedding the driver of the "luxury car" arrived on time and told me he was at the front door of the hotel. We were running about 15 mins late but I had allowed some buffer. We get to the front of the hotel - no driver. He was at another hotel and took him 10-15 mins to get over to us. The luxury car was not what I expected. It was a Volvo, dirty on the outside with comfortable seating for only 3 guests if you are dressed up for a wedding. The backseat was small - we squeezed in for the ride to the church but the father of the bride got another ride from the church to the reception so we weren't cramped. The driver was a nice guy and did his best with the misinformation that he had. So beware - have a backup if you are planning an invent like a wedding where reliability and quality are super important and Uber isn't a backup."
