"I went in to look at a camper just starting my search for what would be perfect for us with very little knowledge since this would be our first RV. The staff at the front desk acknowledged me right away and put me in Gabby's hands. She has been very helpful and welcoming. Even though I showed up not prepared to purchase, Gabby and the finance dept., Skyler for us, has been answering our questions and working to find a plan for us since we really love one of the units they have available. Response time to our inquiries has been very good so far. Our experience has been positive and we are excited to move forward with a purchase. I will check in to update as we go through this process, but have no reservations and only good things to say about Camping World!"

"7/20/23 Update: this place is a joke. They don’t want to work with you and we are trying to get our camper worked on under the warranty and no one will make an appointment with us. We’ve had problems since the beginning with the first being when we signed our paperwork apparently the loan officer put the wrong interest rate so we had to go back in a month later to sign papers. This place is a joke horrible customer service and would never recommend this place to anyone. Joey in Hanover, PA was our salesman and he helped us find the perfect camper for us! As first time camper buyers, he was patient with us and showed us every camper we wanted to see! Would definitely recommend him as a salesman! Edit to add: We picked up our camper on a Friday and ended up being there for 3+ hours. They had plenty of workers but only one actually working. Waited around while workers were on their phones/talking to each other. For how smooth the buying process was the pickup process was terrible."

"We have been to many many places in search of our first camper and were disappointed in either stock, sales person knowledge or just prices. We decided to go to camping world as they had a much bigger stock than anywhere else and they were open on Sunday. We met Chris S. as soon as we arrived and he was able to get a printout and talk to his manager about some options for us. Chris has an extremely laid back approach to selling but was extremely knowledgeable. We kept going back and forth between campers and he did not mind whatsoever. We even looked at some bigger ones for fun. We ultimately decided on one but we’re concerned with the price. Chris was VERY transparent and he was able to get us to the payment plus interest rate we wanted. We spent a bit more than what we wanted but paid extra for the extended service warranty. Destiny the finance manager was awesome and had the same type of laid back personality like Chris. She was also very knowledgeable and guided us through all the paperwork, the warranty/service contract and anything else we had questions on. Carl did our walkthrough and he was just as friendly and knowledgeable as everyone else. He was fantastic and answered all of our questions and got every single one of our concerns addressed on the spot. I highly recommend camping world and the friendly folks that work there in purchasing your camper!"
