"They were a NO-SHOW.. Hired them for ride to Philly Int'l for a 3:30 am pickup. They said they'd be here by 3:00 am. Called them at 3:15 am....no answer. Called back at 3:30 am and spoke to them and was told I didn't have a reservation even though I gave them a c/c number. I told them I certainly did and I had hired them because they were the only ones who mentioned car seats for the grandchildren. Once confirmed they then told me that my pickup was for 3:30 PM.......even though they charged me an extra $25 for the early AM pickup. Then was told they had no driver so we had to hustle to the airport in 2 cars to make our 6:00 am flight. Didn't have time to park in remote parking ($11 per day). Parked at the airport short term parking directly across from the terminal. Five day parking fee came to $120 for each car. It was still much cheaper than their fee for drop-off and pickup.
