"A cab was called around 5:30 pm on Thursday, November 30 to the Wills Eye hospital to pick up a patient who had just had surgery, while we waited, I called a few times because it was almost 8 o'clock and no show. My main complaint is against the dispatcher named Joe, he said I didn't need his last name because he wasn't applying for a mortgage, he cancelled our request as should his employment, he is going to bring the cab company down, we are two customers less for your All threes cab services"

"I have a customer that uses the service and the other day he waited two and a half hours for a ride. I even called up to see what the issue was and the girl Kendell was very rude on the phone. I told my customer he should probably look into Lyft or Uber"

"If I could, I would not give this taxi company any stars based on their management. I'm not sure who he is, but he is the worst supervisor I've ever encountered. He works in the afternoon. He is rude and disrespectful. Why have an online form to book a timeslot a client needs to be picked up but not honor it? The first time I called an hour ahead to be picked up. It went smoothly. No complaints. The second time I called to schedule a pick up time, the phone was given to him. He threatened me stating he would cancel my cab. Needing to get to work, I panicked and said I'd wait. I barely made it to work on time. The third time, I was late. My husband suggested that I reserve a cab to be picked up at the time I would need it. So today, May 19th, I went online at 2:37 p.m. and reserved the needed time. When I called to confirm, the operator gave this supervisor the phone and he yelled: "I will try to get a cab to you! Or we can cancel the cab!" What? I was so shocked that I initially caved and said send the cab because I needed to get to work. Then, I thought there has to be another company. I found one. I called back and canceled the cab. I arrived at work with 10 minutes to spare. Lord willing, I will never use this company again thanks to their supervisor. On a different note, the drivers that arrived did a fine job. One of them even opened the door for me. So kudos and thank you to each driver that took me to work. I appreciate each of you."
