"I contacted Carl for a collaboration on installing (2) side by side 100 Gallon Commercial Hot Water Heaters in Morgantown. Carl has been very professional in every meeting we've had. Carl is a hard worker and has a very intuitive perception on the job site as a logical thinker which is a good trait as a contractor. I would use his services again should a situation arise that I may need his assistance."

"I contacted Carl to do two jobs. The first he job went well. The second time he took the deposit and never returned to do the job he was hired for. Buyer beware."

"This company was assigned to our HVAC issue via a home warranty company. Appointment was assigned. On the day of the appointment, about halfway through our time window, I called to make sure he was still coming. Thankfully I did because I ‘fell through the cracks’, but Carl did show up. He diagnosed my A/C issue as a broken fan motor in the outside unit. He said he would put in the proper paperwork that night (Friday). After calling him and the warranty company daily the next business week, he never put in the diagnosis paperwork to the warranty company. So, the warranty company reassigned the job after nearly a week to where I could call my a company of my liking. Carl misdiagnosed the problem because it was a capacitor and not a fan motor. Carl would not refund my service call fee of $80 despite several attempts. Not a reliable company in my experience. I would not recommend his services since he did not complete them and was inaccurate in his diagnosis. Thankfully I was only out $80 and not a lot more like other have mentioned in their reviews."

"Carl took a job refinishing a wood banister in our home and the person he sent to do the job had no idea what he was doing. He destroyed our banister, got wood stain all over our carpet and on our freshly painted walls. Carl was supposed to return the next morning to "fix" it, he never showed up. Months later I finally got him to respond to my messages and he agreed the job was done very poorly and he was going to return my deposit. One excuse after the other for months and then he finally stopped responding. Needless to say I never got my deposit back. We ended up having to spend even more money to repair the damage his worker caused. He is extremely unprofessional and I would NOT recommend him to anyone."

"Initially, Carl was very timely, professional and willing to make himself available to perform several fixes around our house. His pricing was fair and the repairs were completed. Then, after a few returns to complete other items in the home, things took a turn. As far as a recommendation, I would reconsider due to the fact that he removed a return vent cover from the home (without consent) to "clean" and never returned to put it back in its original place. Very suspicious but that's just my experience."
