"7 Strong Handyman Services, LLC (Robert) called me the same day I left a message and he said he could come to my home in that evening between 5:30-6:00 p.m. to take down a kitchen light and a dining room light and to put up a kitchen Tiffany Double-tiered light and fan and Dining Room Bronze metal light, fix seal on my dishwasher, and tighten one toilet. Robert arrived at 5:45 p.m. He immediately went to work. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He went out of his way to get the dining room light to hug the ceiling and make sure it was tight. He did all of the work and it was perfect! I would definitely hire 7 Strong Handyman Services (Robert) again and will highly recommend their services to my family and friends! Loved everything Robert completed for me!"

"We added an interior wall to partition off a storage area in our basement. Robert responded quickly, gave us a very reasonable quote and completed the job in a timely and professional fashion. He framed the wall, installed drywall on both sides and hung a door that we had on hand. Hanging the door involved constructing the frame/casing to fit an existing door. We are very satisfied with the end product. We had purchased most of the materials. The labor cost was less than we expected. Highly recommend"

"When looking for someone to install laminate flooring we contacted many companies. Out of all the offers it seemed like this one fit more than others and we’re very pleased with the results. We knew the job was big so we tried to make sure everything was as easy as could be because home renovations are very hard and tiring. Anything we requested, asked, or suggested was taken seriously and alterations were made if need be based on our preference without question or hesitation. We found Rob very knowledgeable and friendly during our install. Pricing was fair and work was done very well. Reading some reviews has me wondering if maybe you try to work with the installer and not fight them it may be more beneficial. Very kind and respectful guy that knows a lot about what he’s doing and other jobs you may have questions about. Definitely recommend and would say that if you act with kindness and respect you’ll not have an issue as he is a friendly guy that is always helpful even if it isn’t part of his scope of work."

"We needed a deck repaired and after receiving a very low ball quote, we asked for them to review the quote again because we did not think they were taking the issues seriously enough. Later we were given an additional quote that seemed to take into account more of our concerns. The project took over 2 weeks and there was very little communication of when someone would be here working on it and it was left with a big hole in our deck that was a danger for over a week with no concern for safety. Now that the project is finally being completed - and not exactly to our expectations- we are being told the cost is now 40% higher than the original quote. We were told it would be slightly higher due to lumber prices and when we asked for more detail - we were given none. And on top of it all, now we think that the contractor doing the work hit our gas line because we smell gas outside and had to turn it off at the source while we figure it out. The only time this guy was reliable on communication was when he wanted to be paid. Otherwise, he would ignore our texts for days and never communicate when he would be here. He would show up for maybe 2 hours some days and just not show up on others. Home Depot made the recommendation, but we have made a complaint with them so that hopefully no one else uses them based on HD's recommendation."
