"I hired Dylan to build a finished office space in my basement (converted from an unfinished workout area) including fully soundproofed and insulated walls and ceiling. All aspects of Dylan's work and approach to managing the project were impeccable including communication, professionalism and attention to detail. Dylan coordinated the purchase of all materials and where necessary, brought in other tradesmen (electrical, HVAC) to consult or perform work as necessary and to ensure the job was done correctly and to code. "I like to wait a while before I review a remodeling project so that the glow has worn off. That hasn't happened yet with the work the DM Bowman & Sons did on our kitchen. It was an old kitchen in an older house and with that comes all kinds of problems. Dylan gave us an estimate very timely and it was truly reasonable. He showed up when he said he would and did an all-around great job. He was great at communicating with us (answering all our questions and asking questions when needed). He demo'd the kitchen, tore out the breaking plaster in places and replaced with drywall, painted the ceiling and walls, removed the multiple layers of flooring, leveled the ridiculously unlevel floors, laid the 16X16 tiles with such precision that there was little to no waste, and returned after the cabinets and counters were installed to install the backsplash, trim, and base cove. He worked really hard, the work was done well, and the price was great. Now my dark 60's kitchen is bright and level and a joy to be in. He did such good work we're trying to figure out how to get him to work on our retirement home in Florida >: ), so we would definitely recommend him to others (and have)."
