"Handy when we got the money the dispatch people are mostly rude and has attitudes you go say thank you and most of them hangs up on ya 2-1-24 THEY NEED MORE DRIVERS I CALLED AT 2:30PM TO HAVE A CAB TO PICK ME UP AT 3:30PM I WAS DONE AT 3:00 I CALLED BACK TOLD THEM IM READY FOR A CAB THEY DISPATCH A CAB AND SOMEONE ELSE GOT IN THE CAB I CALLED BACK BEFORE 4:00 HE SAID THAT IT WASNT THE DISPATCH FAULT THAT SOMEONE ELSE GOT IN THE CAB I WAS LIKE YOUR THE ONE WHO SENDS THE DRIVER I DIDNT GET HOME TIL ALMOST 5:00 AND NOW THEY AINT RUNNING ALL NIGHT ANYMORE THE DISPATCH TOLD ME THEY ARE DONE RUNNING AT 4:00 4:15"

"Didn't to get dog to vet, he didn't care the one who takes the calling called at 2 pm for them to pick to get my sick dog to it's appointment at 3pm he said they were to busy and know you got call you time you need earlier I'm the morning, never have I had to that. He treated me wrong yelled he said it on first sever Come first serve basic, that not want cabs our to do.your suppose to call at any time you need a cab.my dog is sick he needed to get to vet. The cab owner didn't care, or care on the appt.on what time I had to be there. So I had no one else to get my do to the vet today.the cab owner is rude nasty, they don't need all cabs going to Scranton counseling or cmc hospitals, other people like me need to use the cab on where we also needed to be at. The have to realize the Dr makes the appointment and I need to be there by the time I and my dog needs to be at his appointment too. They called again got yelled at him again then he hangs up on you. Or he don't answer the phone. So my dog is suffering that he couldn't get to appointment today. I had to reschedule. That cab owner needs to understand my dogs life is just important. And takes time to get a appointment. I 62 live in housing don't drive. I have every right to use that cab.to get there. This cab company needs to be disciplined to other people needs.as well..there's time's I waited for over 1 hour to be picked up..drivers our fine. Not the owner I take answers you call that you need to get some where too.."

"While I was in Pennsylvania, I was needing cab services. Burgits was the only one that saved my butt on a situation that was beginning to feel like a hopeless morning. Husband was taken to the hospital via EMS. We had no transportation as we travel for work. When it came time to pick my husband up from hospital, Burgits came to the rescue and they are affordable. I'll never forget that morning. Nobody would pick my husband up, and one place wanted $175.00 to travel only 4 miles total. But Burgits saved the day that day. Very nice and respectful as well as.very affordable. Thank you Burgits. I will always call you when I go back to Pennsylvania."

"Disgusting filthy cabs , reeking of cigarettes. Most drivers are ok , but dispatcher rude and arrogant. A lot of times they don't pick up the phones , and when they do there's AT LEAST an hour wait. Or more. Do urself a favor and download Lyft or Uber for half the price and less than a ten minute wait. They complain they only have " two drivers" or, sometimes, " one driver".. They shouldn't be in business in a city like Scranton! They can't keep up with the necessary demands of a city!"
