"Loved living here!! We had the best experience living at the lofts and if we weren’t moving out of state we would of stayed! The place is cool and modern with a twist of history to the building. Noreen is hands down one of the best property managers we have ever had."
"Absolutely LOVED this apartment of ours. Beautiful space, large windows and ceilings, new appliances, washer & dryer and an amazing property management team. Very quiet and respectful neighbors. Everyone kind & friendly! Pet friendly and lots of pets out every day which made me smile. You will not regret living here!"
"We lived in the Lofts of Mt. Washington for a year and we have no complaints about it. Everything was always so clean, quiet, and everyone was so nice. Noreen is very easy to work with and a super nice lady. If we had any problem in our apartment it was fixed in no time and everyone always had good attitudes about it. We would recommend this apartment to anyone. Go check it out!"
"I love my apartment. Very high ceilings, lots of natural light and high end finishes. The location is perfect. Walking distance to Shiloh St but still features assigned parking spaces! Noreen is so pleasant to work with, and all of the maintenance men are really friendly and helpful as well."
"Very spacious apartment with nice layout for a family. We were especially happy that there were two single beds in the second bedroom - this is not common and very much appreciated with two teenagers. Very tall ceilings and big windows provided very open and airy feeling to the space. Couch and love seat in the living room were nice and comfortable and so was the dining room table. Wifi was great! Both the adults and the kids beds are not very comfortable. When we pulled the shades, half a dozen dead flies fell off (otherwise the place was clean). The kitchen needs at least 1 knife that can cut. There is a set of knifes, but all can only cut bread. Chopping vegetables was a real challenge, and my husband had to cut the watermelon as neither me nor my 17 year old could cut it because the knife was bad. Keep in mind you need to bring shampoo, conditioner, salt and pepper. Lastly, not that it is necessary expected, but there was no one in the office in the building even though it said it is supposed to be open. When I called, they said no one is coming."
