"Paid over 15 for a salad and received rotten lettuce. I will be filing for a refund with door dash. Everything else on top of the salad was fresh and I suspect they premade the salad base and didn't realize it expired. No hard feelings but I'm not paying full price for this...."

"I arrived at 9:00am with a group of 14 people. The staff graciously made our breakfast sandwiches and were very patient with us. Croissant breakfast sandwiches were a hit with the kids. Only disappointment was the hot chocolate, which tasted like hot milk with a teeny bit of chocolate stirred in. Next time we'll stick to just sandwiches at Cosi"
