"Living here is awesome. Get to have your own small but convenient storage space if you don't have alot of space for things. This place is awesome to live in. And the land manager Adrianna, she is the most likable landlord that my fiancé and I ever had. She's very reasonable when it comes to certain things. I highly recommend this place if you are a first timer for getting your life in order for a small place when you don't want a huge place. And it's excellent with pets too. So I am so glad to have this place as a start for my life to begin and to get a house later on. Again, highly recommend this if you are just starting out to live on your own. More to follow. And the maintenence crews, Mark and Adam are the best people I have ever had when it comes to having something be fixed up when needed."

"Absolutely terrible landlord she raises the rent and is unethical! Whenever we need maintenance for the apartment, she raises the rent by $100-$200 which is illegal. How can my neighbors rent be $1200 and mine is $800 and we both have 1 bedroom and it’s the same size? They take advantage of vulnerable people who may not know their rights. I do not recommend even if it was your last resort. The buildings are always disgusting and unkept."
