"I've been living here for 5 years, quiet and safe place to live. Maintenance takes care of things asap. As well as you become family with some, You make the best of where you live. I personally absolutely love it here."

"You get what you pay for with low income housing. Don't expect it to be extraordinarily nice but it gets the job done. The people here are mostly nice but as with most places you have people that aren't so nice but whatever."

"These apartments are fairly well kept. The drug problem seems to be getting better. No playground for children (like there used to be). It is low income housing. Your rent is based off of a percentage of your wages. Maintenance has been quick to act from what I have witnessed. It's not a bad starter place if you're trying to get on your feet."

"They need to clean up the buildings exterior with a pressure washer to make it more appealing to look at and enclose their dumpster to keep trash in and not allow it to blow everywhere."
