"Really really bad customer service This people lie too much. Just for them to close the sell, told us to buy a bunch of cement bags and if we didn't need them all they told us we could return them, and they would give us the money back. Guess what, that lady who assisted us at watchung regretted from that and they did not accept any of the bags. They didn't even come up with a return policy from the company, and stated that this company does not have a return policy, nor accept anything back. What kind of business is this? When the customers are told something just to close the sell, but there is no trust to return anything even thought when we were told in face we could return it."

"Drove there 1 hour Round Trip cause they said they had 24" x 36" Blue stone in stock even asked me what kind do you need like they had so many options.. Get there at 8:30 am then they say we have nothing in that size.. Then the guy says he didn't talk to me on the phone even though there are only 2 guys that work there..I only called one day before even though they transferred me from the Orange Store to Watchung. Don't waste your time going there."
