"Deb Francis after telling me several lies about my transportation the state said I am eligible for is denying me my medical transportation I need for my life sustaining medication. Not only is it illegal according to the Department of Welfare it is unethical. She got he rides from an agency whose driver wrecked with my minor children and I in the car and another driver fell asleep at the wheel going off the road numerous times during the transportation. I asked for a safer ride and now she is accusing me of swearing which NEVER happened and is denying me my medical transportation to get a medication if I do not take it could cause me serious health complications. I am a single Mom of 5 children I need to stay as healthy as possible for. I have contacted an attorney and will do whatever is necessary to receive my rides I am entitled to in the state of Pennsylvania. Deb Francis is crossing the line and breaking the law. Thank"
