"Beyond happy with Grey’s - they were professional and one of the most pleasant contractor experiences one could ask for. We had plans for a 2 story detached garage and we wanted to hook up utilities, Ryan and the teams were super helpful and communicative every step of the way and helped make it happen. We had previously been pricing out stick built and what we got from Grey’s was a better engineered structure (love the engineered beams allow for a wide open garage span) and it matches our existing home color/siding/trim to where everyone who has seen has commented on how it looks like it has been here the whole time. The benefit of working with them over others was their ability to do everything from excavation to foundation and then onsite build. They did all this with just 10ft between our home and the new structure, and their work was clean and precise every step of the way. We have multiple established garden beds around the location where the garage was to be constructed and their crews worked so clean in such a tight space that none of them were disturbed! When it came time to backfill and one bed did need to disturbed they checked with us and dug the plants up and made it so easy for us to salvage those to replant in the landscape. It absolutely helped that we came in with a design and some experience to coordinate electrical and plumbing. Since we had already worked with a drafter and that it matched up to one of their designs it sped up the process, and ultimately they quoted us and built a garage faster than some gc’s took to even return our calls - from first meeting to finishing structure it was 2 1/2 months, and from start of excavation to finishing of structure it was approx 5 weeks We are confidently recommending them to anyone who wants a detached structure."
