"My experience with this facility wasn't a good one. I left feeling very uneasy and my daughter wasn't able to really explore her surroundings because of the strict rules. I requested to have my daughter begin the following day so that my daughter could become familiar with her surroundings and was advised by the Director that my daughter can start the following week at the beginning of the week. I explained to her that my daughter needs to feel comfortable with her surroundings and I need to feel comfortable leaving her and it's beneficial to us if she begins on a day that I am off. The Director still sreplied no and couldn't provide an explanation as to why. After reading their parent handbook, I noticed quite a bit of errors with grammar, along with attitude (seems like they've had problems with parents in the past with certain things) I made a great decision not to enroll my daughter at a place that was strict, and didn't care about a child's feelings and emotional development. I've since enrolled my daughter at a warm, loving, organized facility that helped my daughter transition. Think only once not twice before considering enrolling your precious child here"
