Bridgeville Manor

Bridgeville Manor is a welcoming high-rise residential facility located at 601 McMillan Street in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. Specifically designed for elderly individuals and those aged 62 and older, our rent is based on income to ensure affordability for all residents. Our goal is to create a friendly and home-like atmosphere while catering to the unique needs of our community.

Our four-story building features 50 air-conditioned apartments spread across floors two through four. Each apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Residents can enjoy the comfort of wall-to-wall carpeting in bedrooms and living rooms, as well as walk-in showers in every bathroom. For added safety and peace of mind, emergency pull-cords are installed in both the bedroom and bathroom, monitored by Guardian Protection Services.

Utilities such as electric, gas, water, and sewage are all included in the rent, making budgeting easier for our residents. Common amenities at Bridgeville Manor include two large lobby areas, a dining room, a community room with a kitchen, and a laundry room on the first floor. Residents can also relax on the covered patio area just off the community room.
