"Really nice that they are all one floor with no one above. Love that I can have my dog. I've only had 2 small maintenance problems but they fixed them both the same day I called about them. They even replaced my bathroom light bulb while in there to fix the sink drain ;)"

"I have lived at the Woodlands Apartments for about 18 months. The staff, Robin, Mike, and Mamie, have always been very prompt in addressing any maintenance issues or other concerns and they try to be as accommodating as possible. In addition, the maintenance team has also gone above and beyond with assisting with requests outside of their normal duties. There have also been times that maintenance is working as early as before sunrise to deal with winter weather related issues to be sure the sidewalks are clear for the residents. I have enjoyed my stay at the Woodlands and recently transferred to an apartment that has been completely refurbished and looks brand new! Overall, I am very happy with my experience."

"I've lived here for over a year and I am very happy with everything. The lawn, parking lots, and sidewalks are well maintained during all seasons. Staff is friendly and has addressed any issues I've had in a timely manner. My apartment is nice, rent is reasonable, and it's very quiet. One huge bonus for me is that there are very few children, so no screaming noisy kids and toys everywhere. Quiet, nice neighborhood, only about 30 minutes from Pittsburgh. No complaints."
