"The dispatcher working at night is disrespectful and very unprofessional. He needs trained on customer service and possibly anger management/ phone etiquette and a new way of keeping up with his calls. So he doesn’t yell at the person who was simply calling to check on the cab. Argues that he never got a call and then say he finds it. Not an apology no nothing."

"Despite our accurate reservation, the taxi company confused us with another customer, resulting in a no-show. Unfortunately, the lack of available taxis post no-show caused us to miss our appointment. A frustrating experience emphasizing the importance of enhancing reservation management and communication."

"Long story short: their online booking means nothing, their operators are mean, and their phone line hard to get through. Schedule an Uber or a Lyft. Only use them as a last resort for late at night or super early when Ubers and Lyfts are not operating. I have had 2 for 2 bad experiences with them. The female phone line operator on Jan 26 was super sassy and probably the root cause of a lot of the problems and complaints that people have. I have talked with a lot of people and they all have had problems with them. Problem 1: We ordered 2 cabs and confirmed both by call. They only sent one so we had to wait for them to complete the trip and come back which made us 45 minutes late. Problem 2: We used the online booking system to order a cab 3 hours in advance. I tried to call 5 times over a period of an hour to confirm it but could not get through as their lines were busy. I called them then 15 minutes ahead of my pickup and told them that I ordered it online and wanted to confirm the 3pm pickup. The lady on the phone said "what makes you think the cab is coming at 3:00 sweetie?" and told me that just because I booked it online doesn't mean that it is coming. She then told me that I should have called. They need to fix their online booking so they don't get so many calls, get an operator that doesn't make you want to jump out of a window, and then add a queue system to their calls."

"One of the rudest dispatch interactions I’ve ever had to deal with. Claims to call about cab pick up multiple times, sends cabs at wrong times, hangs up before conversation is over before sorting out their own mistake. Extremely unprofessional."

"Great experience! The woman who answered my call to schedule was very kind and patient considering I had no idea what i was doing lol. My driver was very kind and made conversation. Made it to my destination on time and safely which was awesome considering the state of the roads today. It is not often I use ride-shares, but when I need one I will definitely be going through IC again! Thank you!"
