"I have a very unpleasant experience with the overall management and the support from the leasing house staff especially Makenna and some guy who’s joined recently. My car got damaged twice while it was parked in the apartment (someone broke the glass at front and then there was deep dent on my tire rim) and when I reported the same to the office especially makenna, the response was pretty pathetic. I went to report the issue on a Saturday and was told I will get a call back the following week but nothing happened. After 3 days I went to the leasing office myself to check with them and all they had to say was - “we are not responsible for the damage”. She just repeating the same thing like a robot and that’s what all their staff does - pretty bad customer service. The entire idea of complaining was to alert them and ensure that it doesn’t happen to any other resident. Additionally, they charge an exorbitant fee to break the lease earlier. They hardly provide any amenities for the rent they charge. Please be careful and sure before you sign your lease agreement considering all these amazing things in store!!"
"I Wish I could give this place zero stars. Their front desk help Makenna is awful and rude. Front desk doesn’t no anything and if your black be prepared for the racism. I couldn’t even ask the girl any questions without her being disrespectful Never got any of our maintenance request in since the day we moved in This place has really went down hill. People leave smelly garbage in the hallways and they charge a 2.4 percent for online payments so if ur paying 1614 in rent like me now u gotta pay ever more.insane how they treat there people. For 1,840 it’s not worth it so many hidden fees and the place is rude Racist and ghetto there is so much better and cheaper nicer places around. Like Terrain apartments and Chestnut Ridge check there first they are nicer cheaper great maintenance and people! Still close to this area too. Youll thank me later ;)"
"I moved to Waterford Nevillewood in 2019 and the office staff was horrible!! They were rude, condescending, and completely ignorant. It's been such a change with Makenna, Baylee, and the rest of the team. They are all a pleasure to speak with and extremely efficient. I love the community. My only complaint is the higher than usual rent increases per year, but that's everywhere with inflation."
"My wife and i chose this place despite all the negative reviews. We thought that there was no way they could be true. We were mistaken. Our air conditioning constantly went out in the 90° weather because this company is too cheap to fix things correctly when they arise. I do not blame the people down in the office or the maintenance men. They are only able to work with what they are given, which isn’t much. My suggestion would be to trust the bad reviews and stay far away from this complex."
"Location is the biggest pro - close to the highway so easy access to Robinson, the airport, downtown and also the south hills. The apartment itself wasn't bad, it definitely needed to be upgraded and when my flooring chipped away nothing could be done until I moved out because mine was to be upgraded afterwards. Also the cabinets didn't have any hardware and were white so over time the paint naturally deteriorated and I ended up being charged for that at move-out which was deducted from my security deposit. When I tried to clean the cabinets the paint smeared and got worse so it was a lose lose on my end. The dog park is also great when pet owners clean up after their dogs. And the maintenance team was phenomenal! Anything that needed fixed would be fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Now onto the cons.. in my opinion corporate handled the pandemic horribly! The early move-out clause was removed from the lease so it was IMPOSSIBLE to break the lease even if management offered alternative suggestions (which weren't feasible and only provided with limited detail). The only real way you could get out of the lease is if you purchased a home or were transferred to a different state/city for your job. Overall not a horrible place to live, just don't live here if you have the slightest thought in your mind that you'll move before the lease is up. (They've since added an addendum with an extra cost associated to have the option to break the lease for the regular fees)."
