"Our daughter rented a Hybrid Unit at Kennedy for 18 months. She loved the type 6 unit (2 BR, 2 BA) she occupied. It was spacious and felt new. Management and maintenance were both responsive and professional to her needs and questions. Her neighbors were polite and the location of the Kennedy Highlands community was perfect for her commute to work. The deck and personal garage space were both extra features she loved having. We would recommend this community to anyone looking for a great, quiet, convenient location with a variety of unit configurations to fit their needs. Thanks Kennedy!"

"If I could give zero, I would. My boyfriend and I just moved out of here last month. When we first moved there in 9/2022, the management was fine. Our apartment wasn’t the one we were sent pictures of since we lived in Ohio and couldn’t do a tour. This one had more carpet and a different layout and you could tell it hadn’t been well-taken care of over the years but was livable considering we didn’t have any other options at the time. We put in a request for the blinds to be changed in the living room and the maintenance man at the time was very unkind to us about having to do it and didn’t even change all of the damaged blinds but we just decided to live with it. There was a lot of previous wear and tear on the apartment. We had to clean a giant ball of hair out of the guest bathroom tub in order for it to work properly and fix one of the doorknobs that was installed incorrectly. The washer and dryer were so old and didn’t really clean our clothes very well and would spit water out if you tried to do a small load. The management changed about halfway through living there and our move out process has been awful. We tried to schedule a walk-through with the leasing manager Teresa but she was unable to accommodate any times where one of us wasn’t working. We spent 4+ hours cleaning the apartment to look in the best shape we could with the way it was when we moved in but no amount of Lysol and scrubbing could fix the wear and tear that was not previously taken care of. Management has since decided to charge us for replacing blinds, baseboards, and a crisper drawer that were all left how we found them upon move in. The crisper drawers in the refrigerator were cleaned and in working order when we moved out. It’s ridiculous that they are trying to get away with charging us to help fix things that should’ve been taken care of all along by property management. They also decided to send the charges to a debt collector without notifying us first (which after reading other reviews on here is a common occurrence) so now our credit is being affected by all this even though we paid our rent on time every single month we lived there. Kennedy Highlands management definitely does not care about their residents at all and are only out to make as much money as they can off them. If you want to move into a subpar apartment with horrible management, this is the place for you. It’s giving *SLUMLORD* vibes."

"My husband and I moved into Kennedy Highlands in the spring and have loved everything about it ever since. It is our first time renting and we have found that maintenance requests are taken care of immediately and with efficiency. The new management team has created positive changes within the first day they started, making the grounds even more tidy and more welcoming than they were before. Lastly, I wanted to note that neighbors are very friendly!"

"I have lived in Kennedy Highlands for a little over 1.5 years and the moment I moved into Kennedy Highlands, anytime I have had a maintenance request Mason has been on top of it and always gets it taken care of and is so nice and makes it easy. When Teresa just recently took over as the property manager she sent an email out to introduce herself. I took an opportunity to let her know of an issue with my front outdoor light that I had asked about a few times over the past almost year. Teresa responded immediately and within a week she had it fixed which was not a simple fix - it required having an electrician to first come look at it and then fix it by going into the ground. Teresa's prompt response and ability to get this rectified in such an easy way was so very much appreciated. Again, just like working with Mason, she was very nice, responsive and just made it easy. As a single working mom, I chose this property because of the location but also to not have to worry about taking care of a place like I would if I owned. I know anytime I have an issue with my property I can email the team and it will be taken care of quickly and efficiently and I am thankful for that! After my divorce I moved in and out of a few rentals in the area - Kennedy Highlands has been the best in my opinion. It's a great little neighborhood and the entire staff has been a pleasure to get to know."

"Kennedy Highlands is an absolutely amazing housing area and I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for apartments/townhouses in this general location. The area is visually very pleasing and quiet offering a variety of elegant housing features and formats but what has stood out to me the most is the stellar customer service skills and friendly nature of ALL the staff members at the leasing office. I had a big move that came with lots of questions and concerns that were handled professionally and in a timely manner which reassured me that my inquiries were taken very seriously. The clarity and frequency of the communication placed me at ease which really goes a long way in times such as these! I am very confident, in fact, I am certain that I made the correct decision in choosing Kennedy Highlands- an overall superb place to live."
