"I recently relocated from NY to Pitt. I lived, as a single woman, in a luxury apartment facing the Hudson River. Due to the prestige and exorbitant rent, our Maitenace Director really needed to be "on his game." No request was too small or too big; even at any time of the day. Moving to Summit Ridge I truly thought no one could measure up to that NY MD. And that's where I was dead WRONG! Enter Dean Haminsky! I can honestly say Dean is not only a qualified "replacement" for my NY MD, but he soars higher. He is approachable, knowledgeable, and hard working. Summit Ridge should be thankful for his presence on the staff and reward his efforts greatly. Otherwise I can always find him a job in NY !!"

"I have lived at Summit Ridge for a few years. Dean has been fantastic I have I feel for 100% comfortable with him in my home while I am busy at work any service request that I have had he has always Address the situation that day and I’ve never had to have him bring anybody back to have the service request filled he’s always been able to handle any problems that occurred which haven’t been many. I’ve been very happy living at Summit Ridge and Dean is just a consistent guy where he’s just very knowledgeable. He gets the job done quickly. There’s no delays I feel I can trust him with everything that’s in my home and he’s always been nothing but very pleasant to be around. Summit ridge is a very wonderful place to live in as you can tell by all the neighbors. I’m general everybody’s like happy in the neighborhood and the buildings I feel or kept up the patio homes are kept a beautifully. I’m proud to say I live there and Dean really is fantastic. He’s actually letting the carpet guy Jim, who is also very nice into my home today to do some spot cleaning"

"Met with Deb the Sales rep. on a Monday after a last minute call to see if she had time for us. Arrived at sales office and this lady has a first class personality. Exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. We were looking for a patio apartment. There were two available and soon there will be one. Location is convenient to shopping about a 15 to 20 min. drive and the airport almost as close. Apts. we’re clean and lots of space with a two car garage. Summit Ridge was recommended by a friend and we can understand why!"
