"Deborah has been so wonderful and enjoyable to work with. Initially, when applying, there was some confusion over the application of a particular unit (this was purely a system error and had nothing to do with the leasing staff), but Deborah took the time to sort everything out and went above and beyond to make sure all was well and corrected. She is kind and takes the time to listen to all your questions and concerns, and works hard to ensure a good experience. I highly recommend Bright Oaks purely for an experience with Deborah, and I haven't even moved in yet."

"Have lived in the Townhomes at Bright Oaks since 2021. The community definitely has a nice feel to it and the staff keep the complex clean and kept up with for the most part. The office staff has had many changes, but the initial staff when we moved in were great and very accommodating and helpful during the move-in process. Maintenance requests have always been speedy and helpful and the staff has always been great. We've had pretty minimal issues and none serious or alarming. The biggest con is the price. I found their renewal process to be a bit aggressive. Our rent was increased 19% or roughly $450 per month with ancillary costs also increasing. There was no context or explanation given to how they determined this increase and frankly comparatively you could rent a similarly sized unit in a more densely populated area closer to the city. I was also disappointed in the turnaround time of notice of this increase to when notice needed to be given, especially with no context in determining that large of an increase, similarly heard the same feedback from many others in the townhomes once they hit a renewal period. While the units are nice, the quality and the location of the property doesn't justify the cost now. But from a community and staff perspective, it's a nice place to live if you are leasing."

"Had to move into an apartment in a short time period and the Bright Oaks staff was super accommodating with that. Erica was amazing in helping to arrange everything in just one day! Maintenance staff also responded within hours and overall I had a better move-in experience than I had ever imagined. Apartment 10/10 Staff 11/10"

"We lived at Bright Oaks for 3+ years and it was a horrible experience. We had a mold issue that lasted over a year. We first reported the issue after some rain/water damage to the ceiling and wall ( see pictures ). Instead of fixing the issue correctly, I believe they just painted over it and sure enough the mold came back through again. We had to report the problem a second time and they came out again, and cut out a part of the wall, patched it up, and left it like that ( see picture ). We came home to an exposed outlet and holes in the wall. Our furniture had been moved/stacked together and covered up with plastic cover. There was dust all over everything (see picture)...and this is what we came home to with a baby. Breathing in dust and exposed outlets. And there's plenty of other negative experiences (outside of the mold issue). There were multiple times where we would call the office several times throughout the day and no one would answer; With no call backs after leaving a message. Then we'd take a walk down to the office and there'd be two people just sitting there chatting away - so basically just ignoring our calls. When we finally did leave, we had to break our lease and they charge 3 months rent to break the lease, which cost us over $4200. I would stay away from this place at all cost."
